Can I buy an apartment in installments?
Yes, 0% installments with no overpayment. The first payment is from 30%, and the rest is split into equal payments. You can agree a custom schedule, including with “holidays”. The sales team will give you the exact terms for each project.
Do you accept an apartment or a car as part of the payment?
Yes. There is an apartment trade-in — exchanging your old apartment for a new one at a discount — and a car trade-in. The sales team carries out the valuation.
How can I follow the construction progress?
Every project under construction has a “Construction progress” section on its page. We publish new photos and videos on Instagram at @amanat_city and @amanat_city_bishkek.
Who looks after the buildings after move-in?
Amanat City buildings in Osh are managed by the management company ALIF Home Service. Requests, building news, meter readings and payments are all in the resident app.
Can I buy an apartment without coming to the office?
Message us on WhatsApp — a manager will pick an apartment, give you a video tour of the layout and explain how to complete the purchase remotely.
Where can I see the project documents?
Permits and licenses can be requested at the sales offices in Bishkek and Osh. A manager will send you copies for the project you are interested in.
